Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the supply of products and services by T Shirt and Signs (Pty) Ltd ("TSS", "we", "us"), of 125 Dennis Avenue, Sinoville, Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa, to you ("you", "the client").

1. Quotes

Quotes are valid for 14 days from issue and are itemised in South African Rand (ZAR) excluding VAT unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may change if scope, sizes or materials change after the quote is accepted.

2. Deposits and payment

A 50% deposit is required to start production on most orders. The balance is due on completion before installation or delivery. We accept EFT, cash, PayFast and card payments. Late payment may attract interest at the prevailing prime lending rate.

3. Artwork and approvals

You are responsible for confirming spelling, colours, sizes and layout on the digital proof we send before production begins. Production starts only on written approval. TSS is not liable for errors approved on signed-off proofs.

4. Turnaround

Standard signage and printing jobs are delivered in 24–48 hours from approved artwork. Vehicle wraps, fabricated builds and installations typically take 3–5 working days. Turnaround starts from artwork sign-off and deposit receipt.

5. Installation

Where installation is included, you must provide safe, prepared access to the installation area. Additional charges may apply for extra access equipment, after-hours work or wasted call-outs not caused by TSS.

6. Warranties

TSS warrants installed signage against manufacturing defects for 12 months from installation. Vehicle wraps installed by TSS in our climate-controlled bay carry a 24-month workmanship warranty. Warranties exclude damage from accidents, vandalism, unauthorised modifications or extreme weather events.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by South African law, TSS's total liability for any claim arising from a project is limited to the amount paid by the client for that project. TSS is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages.

8. Intellectual property

You warrant that any artwork, logos or images you supply do not infringe third-party rights. Original designs created by TSS remain our property until the project is paid in full, after which usage rights for the agreed application transfer to you.

9. Cancellation

Orders cancelled after production has started are billed at cost incurred plus a 15% admin fee. Custom-printed apparel and bespoke fabricated items are non-refundable once production begins.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pretoria, Gauteng.
