What's the typical turnaround time on signage and printing?

Accepted Answer

Most signage, vinyl and t-shirt jobs are produced in 24–48 hours from approved artwork. Vehicle wraps, fabricated 3D letters and pylon signs typically take 3–5 working days. Bulk apparel runs over 100 units take 5–7 working days from our Sinoville workshop.

Do you charge for delivery and installation in Pretoria?

Accepted Answer

Delivery and installation within a 25 km radius of Sinoville (Pretoria North, Centurion, Montana, Wonderboom, Hatfield, Brooklyn) is included on orders over R3 500. Smaller orders carry a R350 delivery fee. Outside Pretoria, installation call-outs start at R650 and are quoted upfront.

Do you deliver signage and printing nationwide?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We courier finished signage, vinyl, t-shirts and promotional items nationwide across South Africa via The Courier Guy or Aramex. Courier costs are quoted on the final invoice based on weight, dimensions and destination.

What information do you need to send a quote?

Accepted Answer

For a fast, accurate quote we need: the type of product (signage, wrap, t-shirt, vinyl), size or quantity, vehicle make/model where relevant, your logo or artwork (any format), and the delivery suburb. A rough photo of the site or vehicle is enough to start.

Question 6

What payment methods and terms do you accept?

Accepted Answer

We accept EFT, cash, PayFast and card payments in ZAR. Standard terms are a 50% deposit to start production and the 50% balance on completion before installation or collection. Approved corporate accounts can apply for 30-day terms.
